Want to learn more about how we provide excellent IT services for workstations, servers, and more?
One way we would explain it is that we focus on method and technique, as well as excellence in service.
Not every computer repair firm does this. Some are fairly fly-by-night, and even some of the more established shops don’t really put the time and effort into developing the kind of business model that we have. We like to think that our level of detail is a proprietary feature!
Here’s some of what we think about as we brainstorm ways to be better in our field.
Care in Coronavirus
We think new operation protocols are an excellent example of the planning that we do for ourselves and our customers.
Right now, we are in the midst of a serious health crisis – a pandemic of epic proportions, where simple safety precautions can be the difference between life and death, or severe illness and hospitalization. We have established guidelines from the CDC and we think these are vital to good public planning.
With that in mind, our visiting technicians are going to be wearing masks and gloves every single time they visit a client site. This is not something that we’re doing occasionally or based on how we interact with customers over the phone, or someone’s comfort level. This is a top-level policy that’s meant to promote health and safety in a very clear and direct way.
We think that all sorts of IT operations should be this way – based on direct data-driven responses that bring universality to protocols and procedures. Otherwise, things become chaotic, and results become less verifiable.

Why need computer repair?
Our Four-Point Process
With that in mind, it’s worth talking a little bit about our four-point process for serving clients.
The first step is the call – you tell us the basics, and we start to get an idea of what’s needed.
The second step is setting up an appointment. Here’s where scheduling and logistics apply, and where we treat any special requests or concerns that a client may have.
The third step is the visit with the aforementioned masks and gloves for safety.
The fourth step is the repair, where we go in and do the implementation that will lead to faster and better service across your entire network.
